I seen your Mississippi Delta Cathead Biscuits recipe the other day. This morning I tried them, they are a real easy biscuit recipe. I had the with home canned corned venison creamed and it was goood.

Junior, Thank you for the biscuit recipe. I really enjoyed them and they were easy to make. I ate them with some Norris cane syrup and butter this morning with my coffee. It took me back to my Grandmas house in Flora La. I stayed with them when i was a kid back in the 60s...........Good memories.

Thanks for the kind words, guys! One of my favorites on my www.deltablues.net recipe page is Pork Neckbones & Rice. You'll find this hard to believe, but Cher emailed me about that recipe and how much she liked it. Sad to admit, but I answered her with my testicles, and she never contacted me again..... :-(
