Thanx but when it says that it ships in 1 to 3 months that means its not in stock. Amazon is bad about that , you have to keep a close eye out when ordering from Amazon. They will let you buy it and will charge you for it and its a pain to get your money put back.

Not to be a pain but I have never had that experience with them. And have been a prime member for two years. There was even some charges I hadn't authorized and had the money back in 8 hours. I have always seen in big letters under the item out of stock and then followed by expected date of.

Not from my own experience but from a friend that bought something out of stock, he claimed it was a pain to get his money put back on his card. So I pay close attention to when it says it will ship.

Personally I've only had good experiences with Amazon. I'm also a prime member. I try to keep purchased to items that say "Ships and Sold from Amazon" or say Prime Eligible. Although from time to time I've also bought items from Honk Kong through Amazon. Most of the time the item either comes the exact day they say or a little earlier. Never had an item come later. I really like Amazon's return policy. Just the other day my dad ordered a tray for his walker (new amputee that's learning to walk again). The tray didn't fit his walker so I went onto Amazon's site and followed the return steps. I got my money refunded back to my credit card instantly and UPS came to my door the next day to pick up the package. I didn't have to pay anything to ship the item back. Now to my knowledge this is only when an item is shipped from Amazon. If you buy from Amazon but it ships directly from the seller then you have to follow that seller's policy.

One thing I don't like about Amazon is how they hide their customer support number, but they do have one and I've called it and support was very nice. Also Amazon isn't always the best price in town. That Lee pot for example, I've seen it much cheaper elsewhere. Just hard to find in stock right now.
