I bought this mould with the intent of casting with the hp pins for a finished weight of 124 grains for my 9mm. Two questions have arisen. First I plan on lubing with the Hi-tek polymer lube, this lube does add some thickness. This would put me sizing down about 3 thousandths with a Lee sizing die.do you thing this is reasonable/doable? Next question, since the pre sized diameter will be about .359 what do you think about sizing this down for .38spl or .357 and loading this at 124gr hp or 135gr RF? I don't have a .357 but I'm open to any reason for a new gun[smilie=w::bigsmyl2:

may want to size a bit smaller, lube then size again, should be fine.

I think it would be a very good 38 cal mould. :)

I finally ordered that mold. I havent gotten it yet, so I cant offer much advise on it. If your loading for 9mm keep in mind that you may need a boolit larger than .355. I started sizing my 9mm to .358 some time ago and havent looked back.

I just finished loading up a hundred of these in 9 mm, sized .358. I haven't yet managed to load any for either my 38's or .357's, but I am sure they will work
