Die ID is 0.222 inch
Punch OD is 0.198 inch

That is what I use.

Have made my own and then found that the drill bushing is already perfect size and I only have to make a punch that works.

7/32 I.D. Drill Size x 1/2" O.D. x 3/4" Lg. Type "P" Headless Press Fit DrillBushing.

I now just make a holder for the drill bushings. I smooth and enlarge the "entrance" of the bushing with a dremmel just to make it smoother to use. Had pictures of it here somewhere.
