Last year I did a little remodeling and noticed on the corners of the sheet rocked walls that there was an old metal strip used. I know you can get these metal strips today, but my guess is that they are currently galvanized. I kept it thinking it could possibly be made of tin. The house was built in 1961. Anyone have a clue what this could be made of, or how I can tell? I'm not sure how a person would tell what a tin product would look like. I've only been casting with WW, and I haven't had to add tin yet.
