I use Blue Dot in the largo. Use 38ACP data or 38 super reduced 15% and work up from there. You didnt state hand gun or carbine, but Blue Dot works well in both.

I have a bunch loaded for testing in a couple of Destroyer carbines, but they are untested as of yet. Here is some data I went by: http://9mmlargo.com/cartridge/loads.htm . It is real similar to the data Handloader came up with in their article, but starting loads milder and Speer #14 data is very mild. I also used a .38 Super starting load to come up with a Clays load, and is the easiest way to find more data. They had issues discovered shooting surplus ammo that needed solving before I could take them back to the range.

Yes, reduce by 15% and work up from there. Start loads may not cycle the action so you will most likely have to work up till the pistol cycles, the find the load you get the most accuracy from.
It may take a bit, but thats what i find so much fun about these old milsurp guns.

I use 9X23 brass. It fits (my) chamber extremely well. Either blue dot (my fav) or AA#7 will walk away from this data. This in the Modelo super. Get the stronger spring. I modified the spring guide to have a full length screw in guide rod.

I used the max load for 9mm Luger as my start and the start loads for the 38 Super as my max. Power Pistol worked very well in this cartridge with the Lyman 358-242 122 grainers.
