Powder Coating Cast Boolits

I am reading on other boards of folks getting the Habor Freight powder coating set up and coating casts boolits and driving up to around 2900 ft/sec with no indications of leading. Kinda wondering, are they sizing, coating then lubing. How much is powder coating adding size wise to boolits. what effects on the barrel. Anybody here know of or seen this done?
