I'm going to load some of these tonight for my Model 71. Any load suggestions for this bullet, thanks. It is a flat nosed GC bullet.

Haven't used those bullets as I have several moulds from 210 grain to 270 grain for my own 348. I have found Re19 to be very useful at starting to near top end load levels for similar weight jacketed bullets provided the lube is up to the task.
It is also hard to beat either of the 4895's (IMR or Hodgdon) if you are looking for velocity in the 1900-2000 range and with the 250-270 grain bullets that is plenty for most purposes.

When using Re19 I top the charge with enough PSB to get a mild load compression. Accuracy (which has been fickle with this rifle) is generally improved by using PSB.

You might email Mt. Baldy and see if he has any recomendations.
I know that he does alot of testing to determine what is the best for the application.
He has started useing my Carnauba Red for some of his bullets and we've sent many emails back and forth as he was working through the different pistol rounds from 44mag to 500 Linebaugh and trying different lubes in everything. So you may get different lubes for different calibers.

I doubt if there is another cast bullet company that puts as much work into each caliber to make sure he is sending out the best for the application.
