It goes like this:

I got a mate that is into skeet/trap shooting and he wants to shoot some BP for fun.
He will buy 500 pcs. of standard 12 gauge skeet (steel) ammo at @20 cents a pop.
I'm getting ahead of myself!

I have a Maverick pump with a rifle barrel.
One of the members in my shooting club is a glutton for punishment and really loves to press the button on that 12 gauge rifle. I usually charge him @75 cents a pop.

Now for the steal.

I cut the star crimp of the bought ammo put the steel shot aside, trim the wad down and put a .735" ball in and finish it with a wad + roll crimp.
The first fellow get 20 cents a pop = free steel shot.
Fellow number two pays 75 cents a pop and i get 55 cents a pop for the work and a lead ball.

So if fellow number two shoots/pays 182 shots then the rest is mine for free.

318 "free" shots just to do a little reloading in front of the telly and a little casting. http://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm153/Chickenthief/Blandet/Smilere/dancinguy-1.gifhttp://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm153/Chickenthief/Blandet/Smilere/dancinguy-1.gifhttp://i295.photobucket.com/albums/mm153/Chickenthief/Blandet/Smilere/dancinguy-1.gif

I started to warn about BATFE regulations concerning for-profit sale of ammunition, then looked at your location -- still a good idea to verify your local laws don't prohibit what you're doing, but at least the American BATFE won't be involved. The other issue is liability, of course; I presume even the Danish sue folks for negligence if something they handmade goes wrong and causes injury or significant property damage...
