Ok heres the deal. I got one farmingdale shiloh carbine 45/70. Ya I know the ones that don't shoot cause they have too much free bore. Ya well tell that to the flies I knock off the fence at 40 paces. Now the dilemna. I got another chance to buy from the same guy. God his guns are like new out of box cond. Same configuration, but earlier and in 54 cal. I got two questions. First the big one. I don't want to get into this ring tail paper powder holder stuff. I just want to insert bullet, add powder and fire. Is there a mold out there under a million bucks that produces good accuracy. I'm talking constantly break the inch @ 50. Secondly, on these farmingdale 54's how big and goddy is the "BLACK POWDER ONLY" stamped?
