READ the user agreement...

While reading some information on another site I came across the user agreement for the same site. I realized that many of us probably haven't read the agreements as well as we should have before getting on to a pro-gun site. Here is the line that concerns me on another site.

"You agree that your email address may be sold to groups such as (but not limited to) NHRA, PETA, FETA, NASCAR, NAFTA, Moveon.org, The Hillary Clinton 2016 Committee, Organizing for Action, and any other like minded groups."

Doesn't it seem a little odd that a pro firearm site would have this in the User agreement?

Some sites make BIG money selling addresses.

I still get phone calls and literature addressed to my first wife

She died 5-2 1980.

Years ago the going rate for addresses was about $1.00 EACH.

Not sure if its a joke or not. I had to click on the terms before I could check the box for I agree with the terms. When I click submit, nothing happens. When I try to go to the forums, I get the same update page, but can't update my profile. Maybe it doesn't like my smart phone.

There's one of those jokes that somebody forgot to erase, Google was still coming up with it a few months ago, it was one of the AR jokes where they blocked everyone and made it a pay-per-post thing, or you could be an unlimited subscriber for fifty large or some such. Yes, I fell for it.

Sorry guys, I was taken in. Seems that Waksupi called it. Jokes on me...although I'm not sure it is a good idea in the current political climate to fool people with such an announcement.
