I recently had some work done to the house and wife was VERY happy with me. She told me I could buy any handgun I wanted.

I wanted a Smith but the price was rediculous ---- $900 which is just too much.

Then the guy behind the counter pulled out this and I knew what it was, don't think they did. Price was right so home it came, just what I wanted and it's a Lipseys Exclusive:

There's a reason I've been married 32 years I guess. Now I've got to get back to loading .44 mags as I haven't had one in about 20 years...............

Just had to share. Knew you guys would understand my excitement!!

Yeah Doc I'm going to *try* to get her to shoot it with some light loads but her brothers (all five of them....) got her to shoot a .44 mag when she was younger and she does not like the sound of "44 magnum". Some guys are just stupid.

I figure if I can load her up some mild .44 special loads I *may* be able to get her to shoot it but she LOVES her .38's (she's got like five of them......) and will shoot .357 occasionally. I'm afraid if she shoots it with mild loads she might LIKE it...........same way she "liked" one of my Mini-14's that's now hers and the same way the "liked" my Rossi .357 rifle of which I had to buy another one and bore and stroke it for her...................

PS -- I'm not complaining about her, I'm bragging.............<grin>

About 16-18 grains of 2400 with a 240 grain bullet is not to bad of a load.

Great choice! I would have done the same. Should be a real hoot when you get it running. Meanwhile lots of fondling....
