Noone in the US will send brass. You're at war you know and nobody will send anything remotely connected to arms and ammo.
Diesets and bollit moulds yes.
Brass, j-word's, mags, spare parts to guns, scopes and what not is a big no.

Thats why i added the Europe thing in the title line!

you can find plastic shells, wads (plastic and fiber) nitro cards at www.siarm.com . They ship all over Europe. If you need a few slugs to load in plastic wad, i make them. If you need Brass, you can get them at www.midwayitalia.com

Midway is backordered on them unfortunatly.
It's for a 577 Snider rifle and i need to shoot a .600" round ball or boolit.
I have ordered 100 plastic cases from Siarm amongst lots of other things.
But i would really like brass cases.
