they can but they wont size the neck....Dean

I agree with powderburnerr, you not only will not be able to size the neck, but also will not be able to FL size the case. You might be able to expand the neck and seat a boolit tho. I've never used the dies in this way, but have used 45-70 dies for 45-90 and 110, altho not for FL sizing. Emery
