Any lead:tin mixture is expensive compared with "range" lead, or wheel weights, or myriad lead:tin:antimony mixtures. Since the purpose for fluxing is to thoroughly mix non-mixable elements, is there some low skill method to allow antimony and/or arsenic to separate - probably float to the top of a molten batch?? - that these elements can be skimmed off as dross?

no....
even a foundry can't do it easily, they have to use other metals to strip the lead clean.
they shoot a zinc mix through lead alloys to strip tin from it.
I don't remember what it is they use to pull antimony from lead.

Yes, just add enough Pb so the Sb & As don't matter.
