i am gonna try to get a very soft recoil load that barely makes minor power factor (125) a freind that tried kept getting tumbling any tips? also lyman 49th shows OAL for the 147gr at 1.058 that seems VERY short to me. I am thinking I should grab a couple of my 9s and load them as long as will function well minus .015 or .020

Just an observation from someone who obviously has no clue -
it might help to put a little more info in your request.
What caliber?? What is minor power factor?? (not the number you posted, "minor power factor" itself)
What do you mean by "loading 147gr ft"? I get that 147gr probably refers to boolit weight, but what is the ft for?

Not meaning to bust your chops, just trying to help you get the information you want.

Sounds like you are on the right track. I use AA#2 with heavy bullet 9mm loads.
