Anybody, besides me, hear about the watch making company coming to Detroit? They will be handmade wrist watches , the wind up variety. The company name will be, truthfully, "Shineola". Cost will range from about $500 up to $1K, look for them in late `13 and early `14.Robert

Artful , those are good pictures, Norman Rockwell was a master and everyday living to me is what it is about , the other day the family was in a art gallery knick knack tourist trap store down mid oregon coast and My eldest daughter made the comment about a piece of modernist splashed paint bird dropping , Was not sure what the artist was trying to depict . but am guessing a bad dream and poor eyesight .
As to the wind up watches always liked them but those are priced out of my idea of a watch.

Shineola brings something else to mind about differences being , and reminded me of the modernist splash also.
