Got the spotting scope out last night.

3/4 moon on a clear night so I set up the spotting scope and cranked it up to 60 power for the girls to look at the moon. Just amazing how much you can see. The girls loved it.

I've been known to use a digital camera with my spotting scope to snap pictures of the moon. Good stuff indeed.
