RCBS Chargemaster 1500

Three weeks ago I was not a happy camper. My Chargemaster 1500 did not want to calibrate and on the powder dispenser the 2 would produce a 3, the 5 would produce a 6 and the 8 would produce a 9. I thought I was $hit out of luck as it was 2 to 3 years old and I was not the original buyer......well....I called them to see if I could send it in for repair. They told me to send it back with a check for 45.00 and they would send me a new one! Yep, that's right...a new one! RCBS is number one in my book. My new one arrived yesterday. I just wanted to share and give RCBS a plug!!!!!

Been dealing with them more years than I care to tell and they have always come through for me, even when the problem was my fault. Wonder why I keep going back? james

Good for you & RCBS I've busted my fair share of decapping pins reloading 38 specials and I gave them a call and they have always come through for me and now I'm thinking about getting a new chargemaster 1500 but need to get the $$$ together and go and get it. Thanks for sharing.
