I purchased three reloading manuals from 'Scrounger'. He and I met at a convenient location and he not only threw in an additional publication, but wanted to take less than the agreed upon price. Great guy! I will deal with him anytime! .............. Big Cholla

Can't go wrong with him. When he said the item was "new" I figured unused. But what he sold me was in the sealed factory box, never even opened. Easy to deal with and I would buy from him anytime.
