I have checked for data in my manuals for a recipe useing unique the Boolit that I'm planing on useing is the Lee 135 RN GC this Boolit shoots great in my 7TCU and wlll probably try it in my 7-08 one day.
Any one have some info useing Unique I'm looking for 1500 to 2000 fps a good plinking round.
Thank you

I did not use unique, but for my 7-30 waters, I just reduced 30-30 data a bit and worked up slow. 135 grains is just great for hunting. My son sure likes it!

Unique wouldn't be my choice to achieve 1500 ++ fps in the 7/30,but starting a 7.0 gr and working up a half grain at a time may find you a satis."sweet"spot.. H2400 would be more appropriatel

Alliant 2400 replace Hercules 2400 after the buyout..Internet consensus seems to be that it is a click faster,,But plenty of contrary opinions/findings can be retrieved...If your data is for H2400,backing off 5% should be plenty OK for starters...Onceabull :-D

I've shot unique in my 14" 7-30 tender with a 130gr. lee , it shot good but SR 4759 got it done much better with the same boolit . I think it chrono'ed at 1880 avg. with the 4759 .
