Tang Sight ???

There is a gentleman, I am pretty sure he is in Oklahoma, and not Kansas, that makes Soule type tang sights for Sharps, Hi-Walls and Rollers. The sights he makes are top of the line, high quality sights. I am having a senior moment and cannot recall his name or the name of his company. Can anyone help me here?
