Had an awesome time shooting my cast Makarov's in my first ever shooting "contest" today!
Lo and behold, I got the fastest time of the day in my first ever contest, with least number of shots used as well. The video below is of my run just BEFORE my fastest run (girlfriend sadly didn't film that one). The CZ-82 really had a tough time knockin those plates down, I HAD to hit it in the top 1/3 of the plate or it wouldn't go. At the end of the video you'll get a little laugh as I litterally plowed the final target about 6 times before it finally fell over haha.
Anyway, the boolits worked great, was really surprised and am now officially an addict... time to try and get NOE to make me a 6-cav MAKAROV mold!
I sure was proud of the CZ-82 for doing as well as it did, most all other guys had some form of teched out .40 or .45acp with red dots and the works, and there was the CZ82, stock as could be :)
