It`s made to trim j-word bullet meplats. The claim is more uniform BC at long range. (It is not for hollow pointing)
I just seat SMK`s right from the box and fling `em at paper out at 1000yds. Even if I used such a tool, I doubt I could shoot the difference it`s supposed to provide.

Ditto.....not for hollow pointing. Useless IMHO.
