Hornsurgeon sold me for a very fair price.

I kept my FL and NS dies in the top of a Gerstner-type box but, despite my best efforts to be organized, I was constantly having to look at each one to find the caliber and type I needed.

This one, obviously homemade by someone who knew what he was after, has holes in a shelf under the lid to store the dies upright, plenty of room to label each and, maybe, just maybe I am on the road to organization.

I just did a mold swap with hornsurgeon. I sent him a brand new Bator & he sent me a used mold that he had in trade with a bit of lead to make up the difference in value between new & used. I left it to him to estimate the amount of lead that was appropriate. I was happy with the contents of the box that I recieved. It arrived in good condition. He shipped when he said he would, even though a big snow storm got in his way. The man is a straight shooter.

I have made a mistake. While cleaning up around and under my desk yesterday, I looked once more inside the small flat rate shipping box you sent my dies in. I had 3-4 of them and was condensing them by taking them completely apart. I found the Redding Stuck Case Removal tool wedged beneath some of the packaging peanuts. I must have peered into that box half a dozen times and never saw the tool. I am embarrased to no end. I should have been more thorough the first time when I opened the box.

I also apologize for calling upon a moderator to intervene when I felt you were not taking my claim seriously. By doing so, I questioned your honesty and integrity. For that, I ask your forgiveness.

I am asking for everyone to just let this be.

1)Murphy overlooked an item that was shipped to him.
2) I got caught up in home life and his refund didn't get sent out
3) because i hadn't been on the forum for awhile and Murphy hadn't gotten any response from me, he felt like he had to contact a moderator about it
4) when I got back to the forum (several weeks later)I contacted Murphy and sent the refund
5) Murphy found the item and within hours of our last messages had the refund coming back to me.

Mistakes were here made by both parties. I feel Murphy was justified in all he did. Please just chalk this up to Murphy's law. (Sorry I just had to work that into this). :). I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Murphy again.
