Jim,
A really really good description or several pictures will be needed to ID something.

As I recall, Bond came out with the brass tong tool in the mid-1920's in response to the hiatus in the manufacture of Ideal tong reloading tools between the dumping of the business by Marlin Firearms and its acquisition by Lyman Gunsight Co. It is a big, heavy tool for a tong tool and took the same dies as their Model C bench tool. When Lyman took over the Ideal line of reloading tools in 1928, the Bond tong tool's days were numbered, and it was out of production by the mid-1930's.

Bond, which later became Modern-Bond, had quite a line of reloading tools and moulds at one time but they got out of the gun related business (except for the Universal Receiver, for measuring chamber pressures and ballistics of cartridges) after WWII.

You are fortunate in having a complete set of tooling for several calibers along with yours. You might check the Antique Reloading Tool Collectors' web site for more information.
