I have not measured mine but I read the hole should be a 1/3 of the size of the pellet required.

Thanks Jeff:)

so if a 9 shot measures 2.03mm we divide that by 3 and get 0.67666666666
the drill to use is a 0.68mm

Does that sound right,to me its on the large size, although i could and most probbley are wrong:mrgreen:

The drippers to make #9 shot need to be 0.6mm or .024 "

Ok another question guys, and i have looked but cant seem to find much info!

Is it the same process to make shot sizes BB and AAA?

Does the shot have to fall longer in the coolant or before it hits the coolant?

Thanks.:)
