triming wads???

whats the best way to trim wads? I find trying to use scissors is inconsistant... using a blade bends the wad wall and produces a better cut but still inconsistant. any suggestions? thanks

Freeze the wads , I put them in the freezer over night or longer
Then use a meat slicer set to remove the right amount

OK better get the OK from the better 1/2 first
And then clean the meat slicer real well

I trim a lot of wads for steel shot loads
