It must be on your end. I have seen from 8 to 21 people in chat tonight. Reload Java, and try the new update.

Many of the IT people I hear from are saying to uninstall Java altogether until they fix the vulnerabilities in it. I have done so and it does not affect very much, although it appears that Chat needs it, and I know that www.time.gov needs it. I can live without.
