Current Lyman 311008

Can anyone tell me what diameter bullets cast 1 to 20 are dropping from the current Lyman 311008? Thank you.

Depends on your alloy and casting temperature, but IIRC my last "current" 311008 DC dropped about .311" but that's been a few years back. I bought an old SC Ideal (circa 1950s??) got rid of the newer one.

Mine (2009) runs .312-.313 depending on alloy.

My newly-purchased 311008 drops out nice and round at .314 diameter with 95-3-2 (Pb-Sb-Sn) alloy. I would expect .313 from 20-1 (Pb-Sn) alloy. Jim
