.357 or 38 Special loads with Mihec 6-cav .359/9mm 140 ?

Anyone have a good load with the above mold or similar for 357 or 38 special? I have Unique, Solo 1000, H110, and Lil'gun. Probably will have some Red Dot/Promo soon. I'm not looking for a barn-burner so that probably leaves out H110 and Lil'gun. Oh, I use a 4" Security Six.

4.5 - 5.0 grs. of Unique
or
3.0 - 3.2 grs. of R-Dot

Thanks Ben, by the way I'm using your "Red" with this boolit in my Glock 19 and a factory barrel without any leading. Also on my 311299 in my 300 BLK and the barrel stays super clean.
