Its part of the tool we are developing. I do a lot of this stuff for R&D and when we find something thats works, it gets sent out to another company for production, ie this washer would be made by a stamping company. But some one has to make the first few to see if they work before investing in dies. I did this on a 3 axis kondia with cnc code. the mill was a 1/32"x3/32" carbide. The fixturing was an art in itself, I see if I can get some pics of that.
