I pick up everything at the range. So, I have all kinds of brass from all kinds of weapons. I have run into some 5.56/.223 brass that wont fit my shell holder?
The rims are .377"
Mostly LC brass (12,11,07) but some commercial.
is this just stuff that was missed byQC?
or is it because or the gun that it was fired in?
If it was all LC of the same year I would say QC, but..........
There are no pressure signs(super flat primer, or ejector hole flow)
Puzzled........

I got some that were WCC and they were .379 and up, on the other side I've run into FC that was .371 - and the only thing I can think of is they are trying to run there manufacturing at 110% to meet demand. I don't get them all the time just here and there but it is a PITA when I have everything set up and have to make minor adjustments to compensate.

Have you checked to see if it is the rim diameter that is catching on the shell holder? The reason I ask is that I had some brass that I thought was too big in diameter. Turns out the rims were bent downward slightly by the extractor. It wasn't obvious unless you placed a straight edge alon the bottom of the rim.

I've run into rims that were dimpled by the ejector that gave me trouble.
