Fly Tying Question

Dan Bailey used to offer some extra large chenile, but of course I didn't get any because that's the only thing they had that I wanted, and couldn't get somewhere else cheaper. Now I want some to play with, and I went to their website, and couldn't find this oversized chenile. Want to make some flies and maybe poppers for big ol' bass, and I think this could prove useful.

Does anyone know where I can get some really long-haired chenile?

Check craft stores. They have that along with thousands of other things we pay through the nose for when we go to a fly fishing/tying shop.

Sewing shops have fly tying material also. Chenile may be one of those items. Always get assorted sizes and colors of woven tinsel at sewing shops.
