Just missing an instructional video on brass case inspection. Hear from people that there is really no need to clean cases or do case inspections.

Great job at helping out the Newbie with a 550. Very thorough!

Hacks and amateurs might try to convince you of that. That's why they are hacks and amateurs and I want nothing to do with them and do not want to be around them. They already know all there is.

You'll never hear serious handloaders say that there is no reason to clean or inspect cases.

just hate the thought of anyone possibly standing next to someone like that at the shooting range...

Nice work, thanks for the effort. I'll be forwarding these along to a few friends.

Thanks for all the kind words.

The thought of not cleaning brass is very troubling. Nice clean cases, make it much easier to spot split necks, potential head separations, and are just plain easier on your reloading equipment. For someone to argue AGAINST that is just silly.

I'd do a video on case inspection, but I don't have any bad brass (split necks, cracks, thin webs, etc.).

It is nice to see someone showing what it is like setting one up you don’t get to just kick out bullets you show a little on what is going to be like in the real world.

I admit I've only watched up to the fourth one so far but I'd like to make a suggestion if I may. I think your instruction is great but change your backdrop to anything other than that dark blanket and lots more light. Right now everything is very dark, blue and gray. Unless a person is talking in front of a camera the straight on shot doesn't do it for me. I much prefer it when they position the camera up higher looking slightly down. Think as if someone was right there watching you from over your shoulder, that's the view I think works good for instruction videos.

That's good to know. I will take that into consideration for the next videos. The next few should have someone in it btw, so that should hold the attention better.
