Need some help with these grips. I think the two pair are for an Iver Johnson revolver but the other grips have me stumped.

The black grips are Walther either Model 1, 2, or 5 from the early 1900's. The top (smaller) revolver grips are Harrington and Richardson Model 4, 5, 6, Small DA Hammerless or Premier and used before 1942, probably late 1890's through the 1920's.

The lower (larger) set of revolver grips I remember seeing at some point in time and feel they may be from one of the inexpensive, trade name redvolvers in the late 1800's or early 1900's; but I also have niggling suspicion that they may also be Belgian or Spanish in origin. I was unable to locate them in any of my references.

The lower (larger) set of revolver grips are from and Iver Johnson American Bulldog model made from 1883 to 1900. I finally found the right reference.

New owners are waiting at ebay, Gunbroker and Gun Auction. Also you could post them on the Walther, IJ and H & R forums. I don't think you will have trouble selling them. Check out www.vintagegungrips.com and see what those guys charge for reproduction grips. It might surprise you what yours might be worth.
