Have you checked Track of the Wolf to see if they have what you are looking for? Otherwise there are several members here making custom equipment, Lathesmith and the Perfessor if I remember correctly.

I've had 40Super make a bunch of Dillon powder funnels for me, as well as one for a Hornady PTX. His work is fantastic! I wholeheartedly recommend him for this sort of work.

Buckshot is currently making me two of them. one for 9mm luger and 40S&W. both will be replacing the "powder-thru case mouth expander insert" in my Lee dies.
