I bought a #575213 with #854 under it .What size and weight is it.

My list has 2 versions 575213=505 gr 575213-OS=460 gr doesn't list size though

Another question,is the bottom of the mold suposed to be sold like the smaller molds?Do I need another part?

That mold will produce a hollow based minie ball for the .577 and .58 caliber Civil War era rifled muskets.

If you have a big hole in the bottom, yes you need the base plug.

After I posted I thought it might be for a base plug,Any one have a pic of one?Can a flat plate be attached to it?

No you can't attach a plate to it the mold pin fits up inside and besides making the hollow base cavity it also stops the lead inside the cavity.

575213 is a 505gr bullet in 58cal here is a picture of a 575213 if you look at 2nd picture you and see were lead is stopped by pin.

Dunno if Lyman can or would be willing to make a replacement plug but Erik Ohlen at Hollow Point Bullet Mold is a master at this. I would contact him if you wish to save a fine old mold. My experience with Erik is that his replacement pins are a much better fit than the Lyman original pins.
