I was the high bidder in an auction and won a really nice Rossi Braztech 7.62x39 single shot. This rifle has the wooden stock and forend (probably beech) instead of the current black plastic production. The wood stock is what attracted me to that rifle. I have been looking for a single shot in that caliber to round out my platform of rifles in 7.62x39. It doesn't have the rear sight or the scope mount that came with the gun originally, but finding that mount will be easy. After my shoulder heals in the spring, I'm looking forward to putting some rounds down range. The will make a great all around rifle for ground piggys, coyotes and Deer if need be using the 154 grain herters softpoints I picked up from Cabelas. I've always liked single shot guns ....I know I'll enjoy this one ...

A poor man's Ruger # 1.

I owned one in 308 Win. for a while. A nice sturdy rifle.

The trigger in mine was bad heavy.

Good thing about a break action single shot left or right makes NO difference.

That ought to make a fun lil rifle cast and funny coated alike.
