Is there anything a person can do to open up carbide sizer some at home? My 32 die over sizes and so does my son's.:castmine:

As a (now retired) metallurgist who analyzed tungsten carbide, I can tell you that you will not be able to open up the diameter unless you diamond lap it. Tungsten carbide is harder than the hardest tool steel. You cannot cut it with a hacksaw, or remove stock using a file. My advice would be to buy a sizer from another manufacturer (RCBS, Dillon, Redding). Check with the mfr. to verify the diameter.
