I know blue dot makes excellent 9mm loads, not sure about the 231

231 will work in all three, with the best fit for .45 ACP and 9mm. Bluedot will work best in the .357, and can be used in .45 and 9mm, but is a bit slow for them.

One of my pet loads for .357 is a cast SWC over 9.5 grains of Bluedot. It chronos 1200 to 1300 fps depending on barrel length.

You can use both for the 357 Try 231 with 200 grain boolit in your 45acp. I like mold #452630.

I'd use the 231 for the 45 and 9mm for sure. Blue Dot is a slow burner and I usually use it in heavy 44 mag loads, but you might be able to find a decent load for the 357 with it.
