Mix and Match top RCBS Top punch with Lyman sizing die

I have a RCBS mold and it lists the top punch die for it in an RCBS part number. My understanding is the RCBS and Lyman sizing dies are interchangeable on the Lyman 4500 sizer. Can I use the called for top punch with a lyman sizing die?

Lyman and RCBS top punches are identical and interchangable.

Are the the same by number, Lyman 191 the same as RCBS 191 top punch?
