I need to increase the Antimony content of my WW alloy by 2-3 % so that I can use it for shotmaking . I have access to some raw antimony but lack the knowlege of how to do it safely. Anyone out there done this?

(I have used Roto-metals 30% Sb in the past but find it drives up the cost more than I would like.)

The process has been described several times here.

Search for posts by Runfiverun, 44man and me. You should be able to find it easily.

i have made plenty of shot with straight ww alloy.
i don't think 3-4% antimony and 5% antimony makes that big of a difference.
the waterdropped [home made] ww alloy is actually way harder anyway.

Arsenic is what helps make shot round and also contributes to some hardness.
Arsenic may not be required in home brew shot makers because they are water dropped.
Big time shot makers use a tower to air drop shot so arsenic is needed as a grain refiner for increases hardness.
