Well it finally happened. I had to order a new liner and bottom plate for my 38 year old Lee 10 pounder. The bottom plate was evidently soften so much from years of use that it would no longer support the melting liner and therefore would not allow the rod to plug the spout at all. For those of you who not familiar with the OLD Lee 10 pound bottom pour, the liner is a seperate piece from the top rim cap and is held up by a combination of the heating coil and the bottom plate Now I just hope that everything else keeps working. :-?
