Heading to Wy!!!!

Whooo hooo heading out to Riverton Wy for a week. Got the opportunity to go, and spend a few days with family out there, and do some fartin around the state. Cant wait to leave!!!

Weather has been pretty decent lately, the Big Horn river fishes real good now.Wyoming Whiskey a few miles down the road in Kirby,nice part of the state with plenty of places to see,Big Horn canyon a definite go to spot.

I really like river ton just feels right don't forget to mosey over to lander then take a trip up to the top of south pass and see red canyon it is a very incredible view

The mention of Riverton Wyoming brought back memories from the mid 70's. I took my family to Yellowstone and we stopped at the campground at Riverton.

Good part of the state. If you have a day or two, a trip up to Cody for the Museum is well worth the effort! 136 due east takes you out into some big country, then turn south to Jeffrey City, then back west through Lander. A good loop look-see. A few feral (errah- wild) horses around :)

I definatly am not a fan of Riverton.
You better call the muesum before coming to Cody. I could be wrong, but I dont think its open right now.
If it is, its well worth the trip.
