You know, I haven't been able to get on RCBS's website for months now...the only thing I've changed on my computor is my virus protection (same stuff, just updated) that I know of anyway..any one else having this problem ??? Pretty annoying considering I have three of their presses and a bunch of other stuff...also tried calling their 800 number this morning and all I got was a "call refused" message...*** ??

Just tried their website and no problems here. I don't know what to tell you, sorry...

RCBS's Website (http://www.rcbs.com/) works for me as well.

I couldn't get through on the phone this morning, kept getting a fast busy but their website was working fine.

i'm sure their so busy they can't handel the volume of calls.

I tried calling Nosler on status of a order finely got thru to a machine to leave name and number said sorry all hands busy filling orders and they were several weeks behind.

Turn the antivirus off and try to access the site. If that works, you have your answer. Is it one of those horrendous suites like Norton, McAfee etc? If so, do yourself a huge favor and uninstall them altogether and install one of the free apps, such as AVG or Avast free. I'd also recommend IOBIT Malware Fighter and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. You can download 'em free from majorgeeks.com. Use the search utility in the lower part of the left column.

Might be parental controls, on your Security System (of which AntiVirus is only a part). There may also be Parental Controls on your home router.

I have no problems with the website. The 1-800 number for customer service works too, but you have to call early and often. They are open 6 am - 3 pm PST.

I emailed them a few weeks ago to try and find a new threaded rod for my Lube sizer. In about a week I got a response and they had ordered one for me and sent it at no charge in another week. Great service.
