Wow, what a timely post!
(How'd you know I was in the middle of processing & sorting 2500 9mm mixed headstamp brass?)
I was curious as to the origins of some I've come across.
Thank you for the link!
Just looked at a post, and here are a couple of conversion tables for Cyrilic and Greek letters.

What was the caliber?
I have an idea, but the date is throwing me a bit.

Here are a couple that I found in a box of mixed 9mm brass that I can't find on the list:
HPR
ICC (no, not CCI)
Thanks,

Let's see if I can get an answer without having to register at Cartridge Collectors. In a batch of .30 Carbine mixed military and commercial cases I found several with the following headstamp:
M1 30 (clearly a one and not an I, which is a listed headstamp for a French company)
CARBINE (upside down from the M1 30 viewpoint)
I'm thinking either Chinese or (much less likely) a military contract for some off the wall place where no manufacturer info is desired.
Anyone know where this is from, I'd appreciate the info. All else fails I'll register with the collectors.org.
