well now i have the pictures and i just wanted to show them off :drinks:

i've put almost 500 rounds through it since i picked it up. these pics is after a solid cleaning after those rounds :)

I really like this gun. It is my first revolver, but i think im kinda hooked! the not chasing brass thing is pretty great.

Like i said in the other thread, its a 150 prefix. Luckily i don't mind the grips.

Nice piece. These are as tough as a boot. I use mine to push the pressure envelope.

I remember when the Security Six first came out, and a lot of purists were putting them down. Now, they are becoming hard to find.

I've seen 'em locally for under 2 bills. I may have to jump on the next one I see. had a snub years ago in SS and got rid of it.

I think VERY highly of both the Security-Six and the model that superseded it--the GP-100. The smaller SP-101 is no slouch, either. All are GREATLY overbuilt and stout.

I've been shooting one since 1976.

Mine has been wearing black rubber grips since about a week after I bought it.
