We have been getting lots of rain this year and quite a nice fire weed bloom. Was hoping for a good blueberry crop but a late freeze seems to have had bad effect on them. On the other hand I have never seen so many cranbeeries. The cranberries can handle a bit more cold when in bloom.
Tried to get a pic off my back deck of the fire weed.
Nevermind the mess! The garden is one of three we have. This one is cabage, carrots, beets, cauliflower, and colarobi.

Cool pic BS, I remember that well from my days up there. Wandering around loose with a bb gun and a glass jar catching bumblebee's out in the fireweed, pickin' blueberries and salmonberries was a great way to spend a day.

I took this pic the other day from my window,,,catchin the moments before the sun came up ............

Now that is a view.
Any winter pics (either of you guys)? I may not be so envious of it during the winter months.
