Some things in life are better just walked away from. It's a short life we have on God's green earth and it looks as if the seller had a situation out of his control arise? OR he is a liar and a welch who is attempting to cover with lies his shifty ways? If THAT is the case, then "screw away".

I've done alot of busness on GB over the years, I would let GB know of the issue and then leave a negative feed back about your issue.

With GB getting involved and seeing the BS he is spouting they could make it were he could no longer sell on there site.

Other than that nothing else you can do.

That sucks. Murphy"s Law is always lurking around the corner.
I had bid on a scout rail on GB. The seller canceled the auction minutes before it ended stating that he made a mistake pricing the part. Had GB step in and force him to sell me the item so he jacked the shipping to $130. When I refused to pay the shipping he left me negative feedback and a nasty comment. Took me 3 weeks to straighten out my feeback and never got the part.

he didn't take any of your money, your not out any kind of fee for the auction, and he is leaving you positive feedback, the deal went bad sometimes things go wrong that's life, i don't think its really right to go out of your way to mess with him you out nothing but some time and a little disappointing consider your self lucky and maybe contact the shop he told you about for a fal
